• Remove users from pods
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Remove any user whose behavior is harmful to the pod or platform

Messaging Terms (If SMS Enabled)

If you opt in to receive SMS communications:

• Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and program participation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Messages may include reminders, accountability prompts, and program updates.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.
